My journey led me to explore Eastern wellness practices, and over two decades, I became deeply immersed in these healing arts.
As a 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) and L2 Reiki practitioner, I began to see the profound benefits of integrating simple practices into daily life.

Without hesitation, I thought of the most fun and fulfilling thought I could imagine - something completely different from my current life, "I'm going to teach yoga and host retreats at exotic locations around the world, surrounded by my friends."
For over 8 years, I had been traveling from California to New York every month chasing a career that I had worked very hard to build. While my career was successful, it came at a cost - my little girls were growing up without me and my health was suffering. I was slightly overweight and dealing with high blood pressure.
