With 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry and two decades dedicated to yoga and Reiki, I've woven together a unique perspective on healing. As a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner, I embrace the MINE awareness principles: Movement, Imagination, Nature, and Energy.
